Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing time only includes Monday through Thursday From 7AM-3PM and Friday from 8AM-1PM EASTERN TIME excluding weekends and holidays.
EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED AT 3:05PM ON TUESDAY WHICH IS AFTER HOURS, YOUR FIRST PROCESSING DAY WOULD BE WEDNESDAY. 

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after hours will begin processing the following business day.

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for order fulfillment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on external factors such as weather, postal service delays, and holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will do our best to provide timely updates and tracking information.
